o Provided comprehensive design and technical data documentation for the Deployed Support Systems and Advanced Launcher Development Programs for NSWC Crane Division and the Strategic Systems Program Office, SP-22.
o Provided RM&A engineers and technicians in support of the NSWC Crane Division Reliability Engineering group. Developed responses to Trouble Failure Reports, conducted training on Reliability, Maintainability and Supportability concepts, Reliability Engineering tools, and emerging reliability prediction models.
o Provided Configuration Management (CM) support to NSWC Crane Division for new and transitioning products associated with the Trident Missile Program. Served as the CM Officer for the Missile Support Equipment program. Conducted reviews to verify compliance with the CM Plan. Loaded, updated and reviewed baseline CM data into established CM software systems.
o Performed pre-test and post-test Quality Assurance (QA) checks/audits or travelers for testing of items under the Trident Strategic Systems Program Life Extension Program.
o Provided IS/IA/IT support for NSWC Crane Divisions Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E) network equipment. Acted as the Information Assurance Officer for the Flight Systems Division.
o Provided broad range of program management support for the Trident Missile Life Extension Program, Trident Missile Support Equipment Program, and the Teradyne Test Equipment project. Provided schedule and cost estimates, inputs to master plans, coordinated meetings/conferences/IPTs with NSWC Crane Division, SP-22 NAVSEA Program Office, OEMS, and subcontractors.

o Supported the Hardened Installation Protection for Persistent Operations (HIPPO) Joint Capability Technical Demonstration (JCTD) team during technical tests and demonstrations to record technical performance data which will be used to refine the operational objectives and measures to answer critical operational issues.
o Provided an overarching HIPPO JCTD Integrated Assessment Plan and a Demonstration Execution Document for each operational assessment event and an Event Observation Plan for other HIPPO JCTD-related technical tests and operational demonstrations, including technical performance testing and assessment.

Radiance

Contract Number: N00178-07-D-5212, TO HR01, for Naval Surface Warfare Center
o IT Engineering Support – Radiance provided senior technical support to configure DJC2 networks to integrate selected Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) systems for production models. NIPRNET, SIPRNET and Coalition networks are being used. Radiance provided experience and expertise in managing network structures; testing and evaluating the DJC2 network configurations, and operating and maintaining DJC2 networks
o Network Engineering and Production Support – Radiance provided senior technical support and coordinated interfaces to communications external to the DJC2 Engineering Test Facility (DETF). Radiance developed training and training procedures for the DJC2 technical training and manuals
o Communications Engineering Support – Radiance provided engineering support by supporting the JPO Technology insertion group. Radiance performed equipment analysis of new equipment for insertion into the communications system. Radiance provided the JPO with solutions for serial and IP based communication components. Radiance verified the documentation of all communication drawings for the build of system 2 and the retrofit of the already fielded systems
o IT/Comms T&E Support – Radiance provided the technical support for all DJC2 testing and fielding events. Radiance ensured that the DJC2 system performed as designed. Radiance configured, maintained and evaluated all IT and Comms equipment for each test prior to fielding.
